This crawl space entrance was only being covered by a piece of plywood. An upgrade was definitely needed. We installed a crawl space door and covered window well. This crawl space entrance is now protected from the elements and is much easier to access for the homeowner.

A Highland Park homeowner was wanting to insulate and protect his crawl space from moisture. We insulated the space with SilverGlo Insualtion Panels. These graphite-infused panels are 24% more effective than conventional foam. We then installed a CleanSpace Encapsulation System. CleanSpace is our 20mil thick liner that creates an ultra durable vapor barrier. CleanSpace helps to keep out moisture, reduce humidity, and seal out pests!

This crawl space is now insulated, encapsulated, and protected! The homeowner couldn't be happier with the results!

This cracked basement wall needed some serious help from the professionals. We solved the leaky crack by repairing it with an epoxy/resin wall repair kit. This crack is now sealed and the structural integrity of the wall has been restored. 

This Chicago Heights homeowner was having issues with water leaking into their basement. To solve this problem, we first installed a SuperSump Sump Pump to get water out of the basement. Then we put in a StarPipe Drainage System to collect water seepage and drain it to the sump pump. An interior Trench Drain was installed by the door in order to keep water from entering when the door is in use. Finally, we extended the exterior discharge line to keep water as far away from the foundation as possible.

This once wet basement is now dry and protected! The homeowner is so glad they no longer have to worry about their belongings being ruined from moisture!
