A wall crack in this basement was leaking a lot of water whenever it rained. The homeowner was looking to not have this happen anymore, so they gave us a call. We repaired this crack with an epoxy/resin wall crack repair system. The crack is now sealed! This homeowner no longer has to worry about puddles in their basement after a storm!

We got rid of the mold with Mold-X2. This product kills and removes existing mold on contact! Then, we removed any debris to prepare the space for waterproofing. We put in a StarPipe Drainage System to keep groundwater out of the space. A CleanSpace Encapsulation System was added to ensure the space is sealed from moisture, pests, and outside air!

This crawl space had been completely transformed and the residents of the building are really happy about that!

We solved his water issues by extending his discharge line! This process allows water to be removed much farther from the home than it was previously. We added a green LawnScape Outlet to the end of the discharge line. The LawnScape prevents the discharge line from being a tripping hazard and lays flat with the yard to make for easy mowing.
