Sagging floors prompted this Chicago homeowner to give us a call. Our Appointment Specialist listened to what was going on in the home and promptly scheduled one of our System Design Specialists to go inspect the home. This crawl space was having issues with weak beams. We needed to fully replace the main beam. Our crew then needed to install SmartJacks. He then spoke with the homeowner about what we could do to help him. Once the homeowner understood the plan and felt comfortable, we moved forward with the project.

 

Our crew arrived to the home on the scheduled day and got to work cleaning out the crawl space and preparing it for the job ahead. Then they insulated the walls with SilverGlo Insulation Panels. These foam boards are graphite infused and 24% more effective than conventional foam insulation. Next, the crew installed our CleanSpace Liner to provide an ultra durable vapor barrier in the crawl space. CleanSpace is 20mil thick and won't rip or tear! CleanSpace keeps moisture, pests, and drafty air OUT of the crawl space!
