This Chicago homeowner was looking to have her crawl space encapsulated. She gave us a call to see if we could do that for her. She called the right place! We are experts at crawl space repair! After an inspection we noticed that there were some cracks in the walls of the crawl space. We repaired those cracks, installed SilverGlo Insulation Panels and a CleanSpace Encapsulation System! This crawl space is now protected from moisture, pests, and outside air!

Crawl Space Problems

This crawl space needed to be encapsulated, but first there were some things we needed to take care of.

Crack Repair

There were a few cracks around the space that needed to be repaired. We fixed them with an epoxy/resin wall crack repair system.

Crawl Space Insulation

We then insulated the space with SilverGlo Insulation Panels. These foam boards are graphite infused and have a built-in radiant barrier! SilverGlo has proven to be 24% more effective than conventional foam insulation!

Encapsulated

The crawl space was encapsulated with a CleanSpace Encapsulation System. This bright, white, liner is super durable! CleanSpace is 20mil thick and won't tear or rip, making it very effective at sealing out moisture, pests, and outside air!
