Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

This homeowner was looking to protect their crawl space. They reached out to us to see if we could encapsulate it for them. The answer was yes! We encapsulated the space with a CleanSpace Encapsulation System. CleanSpace is our ultra-durable, 20 mil thick liner that seals out moisture, pests, and outside air. We also insulated the space with SilverGlo Insulation boards. This homeowner is so glad that their crawl space is now protected and insulated well!

When this homeowner noticed water in his crawl space, he knew it was time to call the experts. We installed a TripleSafe Sump Pump System to make sure water was being pumped out of the crawl space. This system contains three sumps in one liner, a WaterWatch Alarm, and a backup batter for extra peace of mind! A StarPipe Drainage System was put in to capture water and drain it to the sump. This system was designed specifically to manage crawl space moisture! We finished the job with a CleanSpace Encapsulation System. CleanSpace is our ultra durable, 20mil thick, tear-resistant liner. CleanSpace creates an incredible vapor barrier in the crawl space, sealing out moisture, pests, and outside air. 

This once wet crawl space is now a dry, clean, and protected one!

This crawl space was full of debris and falling down insulation. The homeowner was looking to have it encapsulated to better protect the space. We removed all of the debris and old insulation and re-insulated the space with SilverGlo Insulation Panels. Drainage Matting was laid on the floor to create a thermal break in the space and help prevent surface water from building up under the vapor barrier. Then, the crawl space was encapsulated with CleanSpace! This ultra durable 20mil thick vapor barrier seals out moisture, pests, and drafty air. 

This crawl space is now completely transformed! It is bright, dry, and protected. The homeowner is thrilled with the results!

Weak beams in the crawl space were causing the floors in this home to sag. We solved this problem for the home owner with SmartJacks and Metal Beams! These adjustable steel supports lift sinking floors back up to where they need to be!

The beams in this crawl space now have the support they need and as a result, the floors in this home are no longer sagging! 

This crawl space was really wet. Unfortunately that moisture had caused mold to grow and insulation to fall down. The HOA representatives of this building reached out to us for help!

We got rid of the mold with Mold-X2. This product kills and removes existing mold on contact! Then, we removed any debris to prepare the space for waterproofing. We put in a StarPipe Drainage System to keep groundwater out of the space. A CleanSpace Encapsulation System was added to ensure the space is sealed from moisture, pests, and outside air!

This crawl space had been completely transformed and the residents of the building are really happy about that!
