Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

This old window well was in desperate need of replacement. They were beginning to shift and a lot of moisture and debris were getting in through the opening at the top. We removed the old, wooden liner, and replaced it with a sturdy metal liner. We added a window well cover for extra protection from water and to help keep litter out! These window wells are looking so much better! The homeowner is so glad he called Chicago Basement Systems!

A heavy rainstorm caused this old basement wall crack to leak. When the homeowner noticed this, she knew it was time to call the experts. We repaired the crack with an epoxy/resin wall crack repair system. This homeowner no longer has to worry about the crack leaking when it rains!
