We installed a StarPipe Drainage System in this crawl space to capture water and drain it to the sump pump. A CleanSpace Encapsulation System was put in next. CleanSpace is our super durable, 20mil thick vapor barrier. CleanSpace lowers humidity and seals out moisture! We finished this job by adding a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. The SaniDry is energy efficient, quiet, and very effective! This little powerhouse can remove up to 100 pints of moisture from the air each day!

On the appointed day, our crew arrived to the home on time. They then fixed this cracked basement wall by installing a drainage pipe for the leak and filled the crack with an epoxy/resin crack repair.

Our production crew replaced the failed sump with an UltraSump 4. This system contains a backup battery and WaterWatch Alarm. This way the homeowner will be alerted should there be a power outage or drainage issue right away. We solved the drainage issues by extended the drainage line and installing a LawnScape Outlet. We also added an IceGuard attachment to the discharge. IceGuard prevents flooding because it provides a way for water to discharge even if the normal discharge line is frozen.
