Crawl Space Problems
This crawl space had three big issues: moisture, cracks, and humidity.
Drainage System
We installed a StarPipe Drainage System to collect moisture and send it to the sump pump.
Crack Repair
We repaired leaking cracks with an epoxy/resin wall crack repair system. These cracks are now sealed from moisture!
Encapsulated Crawl Space
We encapsulated the space with a CleanSpace Encapsulation System. We also installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to keep the relative humidity low and the air fresh!
