Wet Crawl Space Repair in New Lenox, IL

Water was flooding this crawl space every time it rained. The homeowner was really overwhelmed by this, so she gave Chicago Basement Systems a call. We happily provided a very thorough, FREE inspection and quote, and then discussed solutions. The homeowner really liked the plan we presented, so we got to work!

We installed a StarPipe Drainage System in order to capture water and guide it to the sump pump. This system is installed at the perimeter and its clog-resistant design is made to last for years to come! We also added an IceGuard attachment to the sump pump's discharge line. This will allow for water to escape the sump even when the preferred discharge line is frozen. To keep water from pooling near the foundation line, we extended the exterior discharge line.

This crawl space is now dry and has systems in pace to keep it that way! The homeowner is very glad she called Chicago Basement Systems!
