Our crew got to the property on the designated day and got to work. Water in the basement leads to mold, rot, and other big problems--so we wanted to get this leaking crack fixed right away. To repair this basement wall in a way that would last, we installed our FlexiSpan Basement Wall Crack Repair System. This process first begins by applying a flexible sealant along the entire length of the crack, then foam is applied over the sealant, finally the foam is attached to the wall with a strong, impermeable membrane. This solution is much more effective than traditional mortar solutions. FlexiSpan won't crack or reopen under hydrostatic pressure or minimal basement wall movement.
