Bowing walls and moisture in the basement were huge problems for the homeowner. We stabilized the foundation walls by installing CarbonArmor Straps. These straps are stronger than steel and secure the wall where it is to prevent any further movement. To take care of the water issues, we installed a WaterGuard Interior Drainage System, SuperSump Sump Pump, and fixed a leaking wall crack with a FlexiSpan Wall Repair System. 

This basement is now stabilized, dry, and protected against future water intrusion!

Creaking floors and sagging beams had this Brookfield homeowner calling Chicago Basement Systems. She needed a company she could rely on to fix her problem right, the first time.
