This basement window was in need of repair. Water would often flood through into the basement. The homeowner was also looking to make the window larger. We did just that with an Egress Window System! This window now provides a safe exit and a lot more natural light! The drainage system we installed in the window well prevents water from building up! The homeowner is so glad she called Chicago Basement Systems!

So we installed an Egress Window! This large window provides a safe exit and lets in A LOT more natural light.

Enlarged Window Well

The large window well makes exiting the basement an easy task. The ladder rungs allow for a smooth exit, no hopping or jumping needed! We also added gravel and and a drainage system to prevent water from pooling up by the window.
