Dark Basement
The small window in this basement wasn't letting in enough light.
Egress Window
So we installed an Egress Window System to brighten it up!
Drainage
Should any water seep into the window well, we have a drainage system in place in order to prevent any basement flooding!
Safe Exit
The enlarged size of an egress window compared to a normal basement window allows for a safe exit.
Window Well Cover
The window well is covered for safety. No one needs to be falling in to an open window well! However, this cover also keeps out rain and pests!
