This crawl space was in rough shape. Moisture had caused a lot of damage to the structural supports and the homeowners were concerned. We took care of the moisture problems by installing a SuperSump Sump Pump, StarPipe Drainage System, and a CleanSpace Encapsulation System! The homeowner is so glad the issues in their home have been resolved!

In Rough Shape

This crawl space was definitely not in the best condition. Years of moisture seeping into the space had taken its toll.

SmartJacks

We installed SmartJacks and Metal Beams to provide support for the weak areas and lift the sagging floors back up to where they belong.

Sump Pump

A SuperSump Sump Pump with an Ultra 4 back up battery were installed. The SuperSump also comes with a WaterWatch Alarm for some added peace of mind. Water won't stand a chance in this crawl space!

Encapsulation

We encapsulated the space with a CleanSpace Encapsulation System. CleanSpace is our really thick and super durable liner. CleanSpace creates a tear-resistant vapor barrier that seals out moisture, drafty air, and pests!

SaniDry Sedona

A SaniDry Sedona was also added to the space to ensure the air stays dry and the relative humidity stays low!
