This crawl space was having some severe moisture issues. Unfortunately as a result of that moisture sitting in the crawl space, mold had begun to grow. We repaired this crawl space by treating the mold, putting in a StarPipe Drainage System, and Encapsulating the space. Moisture will no longer be a problem in this crawl space! Wet Crawl Space

Water was seeping into this crawl space and as a result the crawl space was becoming damaged. Even worse, mold was growing.

Waterproofing Begins

We treated the mold and cleaned out all of the debris. Then, we installed a StarPipe Drainage System to keep water out of the space.

Encapsulation

We installed a CleanSpace Encapsulation System to protect this space from moisture, outside air, rodents, and creepy crawlies!

IceGuard

An IceGuard Attachment was added to the discharge line to make sure water could always escape the sump pump, even if the normal discharge line was frozen.

LawnScape

We extended the discharge line and put in a LawnScape Outlet. This will allow for the water to be removed further from the building's foundation.
