Problematic Crawl Space
This crawl space needed to be encapsulated.
Wet Crawl Space
The crawl space was constantly wet. The black liner that was in there was not able to keep out moisture.
Waterproofing Begins
We cleaned out all of the old liner and installed Drainage Matting! This matting softens the crawl and directs water toward the sump pump. This helps to prevent water from building up beneath the vapor barrier.
Dehumidifier Installed
We put in a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to ensure the air stays filtered and free from moisture, dust mite droppings, and mold spores!
Protected
We insulated the space with SilverGlo Insulation Panels. SilverGlo is also moisture and mold resistant for extra protection! A CleanSpace Liner encapsulated the space. This crawl space is now protected from pests, outside air, and water intrusion.
