This crawl space had standing water in several places. As a result, musty odors began to fill the space and infiltrate into the home.
Drainage Matting
We laid down Drainage Matting. The dimpled texture helps to guide surface water toward the sump pump and prevents moisture from building up beneath the vapor barrier.
Insulated and Encapsulated
We insulated the space with SilverGlo Insulation Panels! These vapor and mold resistant panels provide an R-11 insulation for the space. Overtop of the Drainage Matting and Insulation Panels we installed a CleanSpace Encapsulation! Our CleanSpace Liner is a durable vapor barrier that keeps out moisture, pests, and drafty air!
SaniDry Sedona
A SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier was put in to keep the air filtered, dry, and fresh! This powerhouse of a dehumidifier can remove up to 100 pints of water from the air each day!
