Crawl Space Transformation in Oswego, IL

Weak beams and moisture were huge problems in this crawl space. The owner really wanted all of these problems fixed because worrying about what's going on beneath your home is super stressful!

We installed SmartJacks and Metal Beams to replace the old rotted main beam. These steel supports provide a custom fit and help to bring sinking floors back up to where they were! We also installed a CleanSpace Encapsulation System to seal out all of the moisture that was previously getting in. 

This crawl space has been completely transformed and the homeowners can hardly believe it is the same space! What was once a very wet space with weak beams, is now a dry and structurally sound one!
