This basement now has systems in place to protect it from future water intrusion and the homeowner is very happy about that!

Water was seeping into this basement. Wanting to protect her home from water damage, the homeowner gave us a call.

Waterproofing Systems

We installed a WaterGuard Interior Drainage System to capture any moisture seeping from the floor wall joint. This subfloor perimeter drainage system is close to invisible once installed! We also put up a CleanSpace Wall System to capture water seeping from the walls.

CleanSpace

CleanSpace is a 20mil thick vapor barrier that is tear-resistant! In addition to its waterproofing qualities, CleanSpace's bright white appearance helps to lighten up a dark basement.

Sump Basin

We upgraded the sump pump basin with a TripleSafe Sump Pump Basin. This basin has an airtight lid that prevents the sump pit from becoming filled with debris.
