This basement was having a lot of issues with water seeping in. The homeowner definitely did not like that, so he reached out to Chicago Basement Systems. We installed a SuperSump Sump Pump, WaterGuard Interior Drainage System, and CleanSpace Wall System to waterproof this space. The homeowner is thrilled that his basement is now dry!

Basement Work Begins

We began preparing this basement for the waterproofing work ahead.

Waterproofed

A WaterGuard Interior Drainage System was installed beneath the floor. WaterGuard is a non-clogging drainage system that captures water at the floor/wall joint and drains it to the sump pump. A CleanSpace Wall System was also installed to capture any seepage from the walls. That water is then sent to the drainage system.

Sump Pump

We installed a SuperSump sump pump, complete with a back up battery for extra peace of mind!
