Position Summary:
As a Production Foreman, you’ll lead a crew to install basement waterproofing, foundation repair, and crawl space solutions in customers’ homes. You’ll be responsible for completing each job with quality, efficiency, and professionalism. You’ll guide your team, ensure safety on every project, communicate with homeowners, and represent our company’s values on every job site.
This is a hands-on leadership role — ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and enjoys solving problems.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead a crew to complete waterproofing, foundation repair, and crawl space installations
• Ensure all jobs are completed safely, on time, and to company quality standards
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about the work being performed
• Manage daily jobsite paperwork, photos, and project documentation
• Train and mentor crew members to support their growth
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Operate company tools and equipment responsibly
• Represent our company with professionalism, respect, and integrity

What We’re Looking For:
• Prior construction, home repair, or install experience (foreman experience is a major plus)
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to solve problems and work independently
• Physical ability to perform hands-on labor in various conditions
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• A mindset focused on safety, quality, and responsibility
