Position Summary:

As the Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for homeowners calling into our office — setting the tone for their entire experience. You’ll answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, support the sales and production teams, and ensure every customer feels heard, valued, and taken care of. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, friendly, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service

• Schedule and confirm appointments for sales and service teams

• Manage call logs, messages, and daily schedules in our CRM

• Assist customers with questions about appointments, services, or next steps

• Support office operations with basic administrative tasks

• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners and teammates

• Help ensure a smooth and positive customer experience from first contact onward
